Great little gym with enough equipment to get a good variety of workouts in. Well lit and doesn't have a bad "gym smell" (unlike Gym Elite down the road). No annoying gym bros throwing down weights, grunting loudly, etc. Just normal people trying to stay in shape. Ownership is really kind with great service.

I'm not really a gym person so my preferences may be different than most. That said, I liked the gym so I signed up. I liked that they had a short 6 month commitment which turns into month to month after that. I liked that it's the closest gym to where I live. I liked that it doesn't seem to ever get too busy. I've been going on weekdays after work and there's usually only a few people there at the same time. Haven't come across any aggro gym "enthusiasts". Nobody hovering over you "waiting for the equipment" even though there 10 other machines available. Nobody sizing you up. There seems to be mostly everyday people trying to keep up their health. In the past I've mostly been at big chain gyms so it's nice to support a local owned business. The machines are clean and mostly in good condition but the options aren't going to be as varied or plentiful as the mega gyms (I'm ok with that).

I lift here 4x week and it's excellent. As far as free weights, there are a bench press, incline bench press, power rack, 2nd smaller squat rack, dumbbells up to 120 lb, straight barbells, safety squat bar, trap bar, and some curl bars. Plenty of plates for all of it as well. Cable machines, there's a shoulder press, preacher curl, hack squat/lying squat machine, leg extension, leg curl, hip abduction, glute, seated curl, calf raises, pec deck, seated chest press, and the big cable tower with lat pulldown, seated rows, and 3 other attachment points for other cable work. There's also a yoga/ab room with plenty of mats, steps, plyo boxes, bands, jump ropes, etc. Cardio room has treadmills, ellipticals, Stairmaster, a recumbent bike, and several stationary bikes. Plenty of cleaning supplies, sweat towels, 2 bathrooms with showers, and the gym is always well kept. It helps do your part and pick something up if you happen to see it on the ground, I try to myself. I train powerlifting but I would not consider this a powerlifting gym, it's very accommodating for anyone. Everyone is always friendly. 24 hour access is nice, as I sometimes have to lift at very very early hours due to work. At $35/mo, it's hard to beat, especially if you're in the CS area.

Very clean..and nice...great communication.. not busy like other places.. one thing that made a huge difference to me is .. I cancelled my subscription because I moved and it was so easy and quick..100% hassle free.. from previous experiences at other gyms it takes begging, waiting, and then after an extra charge it gets cancelled..not here.. If I ever move back ..I will definitely join again. Thank you!!

Great Gym open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Small gym with two restrooms with showers if your on the go. I would recommend this gym for starting out in working out or building confidence in yourself.
