We could not have asked for a more supportive and professional realtor than Jonathan Grant. Not only is he a good listener who understood what we needed in our Waco house, but he is also incredibly knowledgeable about construction and repairs. He kept us from making some mistakes by pointing out issues we would not have noticed in several of the homes we viewed He is extremely patient and had no qualms about lining up numerous listings for us to view in a day. He must know every nook and cranny of Waco and can fill you in on the important information about the different areas. He also has many professional contacts so when we needed a referral for workers or suppliers, Jonathan had all that at his fingertips. In addition to all of his expertise, Jonathan is just a great person and lots of fun to be around! He made every step of the process--from looking at homes to the day of closing--a smooth process.
