About AAA Cooper Transportation

AAA Cooper Transportation operates from its facility along Schroeder Drive in the 76710 area of Waco, offering commercial and residential moving and transportation services. The carrier manages freight shipments for area residents and regional clients, handling items sourced through national brokers as well as retail deliveries from stores like Home Depot. These logistics operations frequently involve palletized freight drop-offs, liftgate delivery capabilities, and pre-arranged delivery windows designed to coordinate arrivals that require customer signatures on site.

With a notable 2.7-star rating across seven Google reviews, the terminal has drawn critique regarding its communication and delivery execution. Feedback from customers highlights challenges such as scheduled delivery windows that passed without an arrival or follow-up call. Other clients have noted operational difficulties with residential freight, citing drivers who refused to complete liftgate deliveries due to neighborhood street navigation concerns, or instances where signature-required pallets were left outside in parking areas without notifying the resident inside.

AAA Cooper has provided one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had. My first order was scheduled for delivery on June 15. I received an automated call confirming the delivery date and providing a delivery window of 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. No one ever arrived, and I never received a phone call or update. When I called AAA Cooper, the representative was rude and insisted that they had never provided that delivery window, stating instead that my order would arrive by 5:00 p.m. When 5:00 p.m. came and went without a delivery, I called again and was informed that the truck had broken down and the driver had returned to the warehouse. No one had bothered to call or email me to let me know. When I asked if that was how they normally conducted business, I was told that it was. Fast forward to July 22. I called ahead to confirm that both my first and second orders would be delivered and was reassured that they would. However, only my second order arrived. My first order was still missing. When I attempted to contact the company for answers, no one would answer the phone. July 23rd I called and dealt with a completely rude women. When I asked why it was not delivered she told me the driver was confused. I asked what he was confused about and she yelled “he’s human and makes mistakes”! How this company is still in business with allowing this kind of behavior is beyond me!! I am appalled by the lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service shown throughout this entire process. This experience has been so frustrating. Hopefully I get my couch today. I won’t hold my breath.

⚠️ Avoid AAA Cooper Waco if you're a small business. I paid for residential freight delivery with liftgate service through a national broker, and AAA Cooper was the assigned carrier. The driver reached the entrance of my neighborhood and refused to deliver—claiming he “didn’t feel comfortable turning around.” There are no restrictions, and I’ve received multiple semi-truck deliveries at this exact address. Instead of redelivering, the Waco terminal blacklisted my address and told me not to call back. This delayed critical inventory for my business, cost me revenue, and caused unnecessary escalation. I’ve now filed formal complaints with the FMCSA, BBB, and the Texas Attorney General. It’s clear this terminal is either negligent, dishonest, or indifferent to small business customers. If your shipment is time-sensitive or requires any level of service, do not rely on them. This was a clear breach of paid delivery terms, and I’m pursuing legal action if it’s not corrected.

They delivered an order from Home Depot to us that was supposed to be signature on arrival and on a pallet. Rather than try to ring anybody at my house they just left it outside the parking area. No signature, no offer to bring it into the garage, just left it out there for my wife, who was home alone at the time, to have to unpack the pallet and drag the boxes into the garage. I would never CHOOSE to use this delivery service. Ever. Totally unprofessional. Totally unreliable.
