Americas Best Value Inn Waco

This was by far one of the worst motel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were stained, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the bathroom door had deep scratches all over it that made the place feel unsafe and run down. To make matters worse, the bathroom door would get stuck every single time you shut it, and you practically had to use all your strength just to get it open again. To make matters worse I woke up covered in what appeared to be bed bug bites. Completely unacceptable and honestly disturbing. Cleanliness and basic maintenance should be the bare minimum, and this place failed miserably at both. I will never stay here again and would strongly recommend others avoid this motel unless you enjoy sleeping in filth and leaving with bites as a souvenir.

My room was very spacious it was clean and so was the bathroom it had everything i needed.they offered a complimentary breakfast i was able to grab my morning coffee.check in and checkout was very fast and smooth . Most definitely stay there in the future again.

Very nice building with lots of parking available and well lit, location is great, many places to grab a bite within walking distance. Check in was conveniently easy and fast, the room was spacious and super clean, there was everything I needed in there, white clean towels, & toiletries. I had a great nights sleep since it was very quiet, they also had affordable prices, I would stay there again

This place is such a gem, I had a great experience from the moment I checked in, to when I checked out, office staff were quick and nice, my room was very clean, comfortable bed and pillows, bathroom was spotless, and had white clean towels. Office had hot freshly brewed coffee in the morning, along with a complimentary breakfast. Parking was well lit, easy, and very convenient, right outside my room, I felt safe there.

Loved my stay, nice good staff, clean rooms, great prices!! There’s a ton of restaurants/stores within walking distance, my fav gym is next door, office is operated 24 hours and they have great quality cameras covering every angle of the building, my family and I felt so safe there, it’s a yes for me!
