Armstrong's Bayou Cafe is a Cajun and Creole vendor inside Union Hall, the food-hall marketplace in downtown Waco. The menu features Louisiana-style dishes such as gumbo, shrimp and crawfish etouffee, boudin egg rolls, and seafood pasta.
