I called needing someone to check out an apparent water leak in the supply lines to my kitchen sink. Jeremy came out within just 3 or so hours and quickly found the problem. He cut out the old copper lines which had leaking connections and replaced with pex lines. He also installed a different dishwasher for me since the old one had to come out for the repairs. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and Benjamin Franklin plumbing for any plumbing needs

I called this company because they advertise an “up front pricing” model and quoted me $350 to come out and unclog our drain. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible from the moment the plumber arrived. He was rude, acted like he didn’t want to be there, and seemed uninterested in actually helping. Before even diagnosing the issue, he immediately started talking about calling their sister company for “water damage” even though we do NOT have water damage. He then said he could put a camera down the line, but if his camera got stuck, we’d be charged $8,000 to retrieve his equipment. That felt more like a scare tactic than customer service. In the end, I paid $350 and my drain was STILL clogged. Nothing was fixed. When I called the office afterward, the girl admitted she “shouldn’t have given me a price,” but that didn’t change the fact that I paid for absolutely nothing. To make matters worse, I called three other plumbers afterward. Every single one came out for free to inspect and camera the line, and not one of them mentioned ridiculous threats about charging thousands if equipment got stuck. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

They were very polite, professional and articulate during our conversation regarding my plumbing issues. Once at my house, I showed them the problem, they included me in the assessment so I would know what to expect to the letter. Due to the condition of the pipes they encountered a few issues which required them to seek additional parts for the repairs. They were very diligent in not only repairing the problems but explaining the issues. They fixed both bathrooms and kitchen. I highly recommended.
