Food and service were fantastic, nice wine selection and the duck frites I had was so good! Small thing, there seems to be a small fruit fly issue, perhaps it's the weather, as a few ended up in my wine and scattered around the table when I first got there. Also, it might help to request a steak knife with the duck frites unless you order it medium rare, as the normal knife was tricky to get good cuts. Aside from that, it's a great place!

What fantastic find for a date night or get out of the house! If you haven't been here you are truly missing out! Very nice wine selection and our meal was 5 stars all the way and past. Our appetizer was recommended Ka'arge Chicken and I'm soooo glad. The spices on this chicken was so full of flavor. Then my Husband had the Pork Chop Schnitzel that was excellent! Soo tender flavorful and cooked to perfection! I had the sourdough grilled cheese with bacon and mushrooms with the Fall Salald! Once again soo flavorful! Service was sooo great too! Hope you find this place and have the same experience we did!! We will be back!

If you haven't tried Blaine's, you're missing out. Quaint new place off Richland Dr. Just one block off Valley Mills. We started with Shrimp cocktail & the Kara'age (Japanese marinated fried chicken, Ponzu, cabbage). Both were delicious, cooked perfectly & with a beautiful presentation. My husband & I split the 12 oz Wagyu in Mole Verde as it was a large portion. Fabulous. We would highly reommend this dish as well. Shawn was our server & he saw to it our first experience was a great one. The entire staff were very friendly & accomodating. Blaine's understands hospitality. They're also incorporating daily specials such as Fish & Chips on Tues & Fresh Pizza on Wed. We'll be back. Nicely done Blaine.

Took my wife on a date to Blaine's. It was our first time there, so I wasn't sure what to expect. We were both so happy with the quality of the food we received and the portion sizes. We came to eat, so we bought got apps, salads, entrees, and we split a dessert. The charcuterie board featuring cheese from a local cheesemaker was simple, but so delicious. The Panzanela salad was delicious and fresh. The Tomahawk Pork Chop was cooked beautifully and was SO WELL SEASONED! Can't recommend this place more for a fancy date night that won't break the bank, and even for just a really great dining experience.

Update. We dined again at Blaine’s last night and we believe it’s our favorite restaurant in Waco now. It’s so insanely good, I can’t even describe it. Case in point: Last week we dined at a Michelin star restaurant in Orlando—Blaine’s was better. And to boot we only live about 5 minutes away from Blaine’s—we love that it’s in the neighborhood! ——- OMG. Soooooo good. The wine and food are unparalleled. The NY Strip was perfection. Our server, Evin, was the best.
