Hello, my name is Stephanie. I booked my daughter’s birthday party here after seeing the website photos and positive reviews, and I was surprised to find that the venue is also a karate school. That wasn’t a problem, but the play area looked much more worn and dated than it did online. The biggest issue was the heat. Within 30 minutes, the room was uncomfortably hot for me, my children, and the other guests, and the small plug-in fans did not do enough to cool it down. For nearly $400, I expected a much better experience and better value. The staff was friendly and the kids still had fun, but the condition of the facility and the temperature made it hard to feel the price was justified. I can’t recommend it in its current condition, and I’d only consider returning if the venue were updated and properly cooled. Overall, I give it 2 out of 5 stars.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We booked via their online portal for a birthday party. Recieved confirmation for the party and sent out invites. 72 hours after booking the owner reached out to explain that due to learning new booking software, we had been double booked. He offered us a new day at a discounted rate which we accepted. We had new invites made and sent out. We arrived a week later for our actual booking to discover they had double booked us yet again. This time with the owner unreachable, full payment processed on our card, and no immediate refund or remedy available. This business is in such disarray that the owners sister in law, who is managing this chaos, said she gave her two weeks notice today because she’s sick of dealing with angry customers. I’m not sure what the actual business here is, whether it’s martial arts, nerf, dodgeball, or a bounce house, but I do know that I will absolutely deter every human being I know from stepping foot in this place.

100 stars ✨️ The kids had an absolute blast! I really loved the idea we got the whole place to ourselves. The kids ran wild and the bounce houses provided endless entertainment. The staff was very helpful offering to help set up and tear down etc. We will definitely rent here again!

If I could leave 10 stars I would! This place was perfect for my 3 year old! He was able to run around in a clean and safe environment without anyone worrying about him running out of the building! If you kiddo has lot of energy and loves bouncy houses and cheese pits this place would be PERFECT for your next party!!

Such a fun place for birthdays. We’ve gone twice and thoroughly enjoyed it.
