Very pleased with Robert and the Bridge team. You know the value of a broker in a cooling real estate market where the agent really has to hustle/work. Robert gave me straight-forward advice/direction based on real market conditions vs. other agents that just tell you want to hear to secure a listing. He did a fantastic job keeping me updated throughout the process and creatively offered solutions to get us to the finish line. I've recommended him to several people who were also very satisfied with his representation. Can't say enough good things about him and his team!

Working with Jennifer at Bridge Realty was a great experience. She sold our home immediately and kept working hard throughout our building process. She had continuous contact with our builder and got answers to the difficult questions when the delays started. Jennifer did a phenomenal job from start to finish and I would recommend her and her team to everyone.

Kadette was very knowledgeable and professional and listened to what I was looking for in a new home. She quickly went to work to find homes that worked within my budget and hit all my hot buttons. The first home she showed me proved she was listening to my wants and needs regarding a home and that first showing was a perfect fit for me. She then negotiated on my behalf what I felt was a great price and also coordinated everything though the title company so the process was seamless and effortless thanks to her hard work behind the scenes and knowledge of the real estate business. If or when the time comes for me to sell my home and look for another one, Kadette will be my first call.
