Hard to get ahold of someone to check in, gotta call back to back few times and I’m the one driver here. Once able to get in touch with someone got a door right away. Forklift driver on his phone while operating it

Update! Then I get to Phoenix to do my delivery. Come to find out. Chris loaded the wrong product on my truck! Grrrrr Wish I could give zero stars! 4pm appointment time. Got here at 1:30 pm. Saw a sign to call a phone number. Tried calling five times. Even texted the phone number. No response. Eventually found a guy named Chris over by the dumpsters. Doing a video call with his girlfriend. He told me that he could help me out. Asked me for my pick up number and where I was going? I informed him Phoenix Arizona. I told him I tried calling the number numerous times. He said that guy is on vacation. He told me to back in to door #6. That it would be awhile before he could get me loaded. Mind you, I was the only truck here. No other trucks ever showed up. He knocked on my door at 4:15 told me to open my doors and back in. I did so. He came back out at 4:30 he told me that I was all set. That he had loaded me with SIX pallets!! No other pick ups or drops. Three hours to load 6 pallets. With only one truck here! Owner Ops do not come here. They will waste your time. This happened on Sarurday August 2nd. Every time I was approached or talked to by Mr. Chris. He had a phone in his hand with his girlfriend on the video chat! Do better Bright Farms TEXAS Greenhouse!! Find people that want to work. Not hide and talk to their girlfriend on video chat for there whole shift!

Garbage place, it doesn’t make no sense of requesting a truck for certain time and having it waiting for hours..They want a truck to keep them company or to load it.? Checking in at 1:30 pm for a 3:00 pm appointment, is 4:50 pm and still waiting for a phone call to put me in the door.. definitely last time I coming here..never again
