Absolutely terrible experience. I brought my vehicle in expecting honest service and professional work, but instead I felt completely taken advantage of. I was quoted one price and ended up paying significantly more, with little to no explanation for the extra charges. After the repairs, my vehicle still had the same issues, and when I questioned the work, I was met with excuses instead of solutions. The lack of transparency and communication was frustrating from start to finish. I trusted this shop with my vehicle and my money, and I regret that decision. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this mechanic to anyone looking for honest and reliable service. Save yourself the headache and take your vehicle somewhere else, i doubt the good reviews are true.

Would not recommend this mechanic. My truck broke down on the way to work, and after I called, he delayed coming out because he was tired. The next day there were still long delays and poor communication, even after I paid $175 for the diagnostic and mobile fee. He now refuses to pay me my money back when he has not even looked at my vehicle yet. What frustrated me most was being told I was his “first priority” while hours passed with no update or service. The conversations also felt unprofessional, including a call where he discussed personal problems instead of helping with my truck. I understand people go through things, but if you can’t do the job or communicate properly, be honest upfront instead of wasting customers’ time and money.

I would not recommend this mobile mechanic. He left me waiting for hrs and communication was poor throughout the process. After the repair was supposedly completed, my vehicle was still having the same issue, and it was difficult to get a response when I tried to follow up. Paid $150 just for this guy to come look at my car, and I left with no repair and no real answers. The fee felt way too high for the amount of work that was done. I expected a proper diagnosis or some kind of solution, but instead I was out $150 with the same problem I started with. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Took my car to a Firestone to recharge my Freon after the mechanic replaced my serpentine belt and ac compressor. Apparently he left a fuse and some hoses unplugged and did not tighten back up a bolt on the suspension. It was an emergency job at the time, when my belt broke on the road coming back home from Austin. This mechanic was our best bet for the job at the time and for the urgency of the situation but I would not go back as it seems the mechanic did not take the time to put my car back together properly and could have caused further damage. An angel and also a bit disappointing, but understandable. It was late and he did work a long time on it.
