The food was so dang 🔥🔥. My wife and I both enjoyed it. I liked having healthy options for breakfast, and the vegetarian omelet with a side salad and potatoes was a great way to start the day. My wife reallly enjoyed the breakfast sandwich. The coffee is very good and it’s my new go to spot. Awesome atmosphere too!

This unique little brunch spot was the best find! Don’t let the historic/ multi-use space fool you from the outside. This place is a must visit. I got the STORIES Sunrise Sandwich with a side of potatoes. Great buttered sourdough, house made pickles, and super cool purple potatoes. The iced Honey Vanilla Latte was delicious and well crafted. The service was excellent for even our group of 10.

BRÛ has officially stepped into something bigger—and that shift is immediately felt the moment you walk in. The new location inside Stories isn’t a tucked-away, hidden café anymore. It’s wide open, expansive, and built more like an event venue than a traditional coffee shop. And that’s where things get interesting. The space is beautiful—high ceilings, polished wood floors, plenty of room—but it also creates a different kind of experience. There’s a long walk to the counter, and for a first-time visitor, it’s not immediately clear: is this a place to grab coffee, sit and stay, or attend something? That lack of direction can make the experience feel a bit uncertain at first. On the coffee side, I ordered a cortado. Solid. No complaints there. The craft is still present, and that part of BRÛ remains consistent. Where things start to lose focus is everything around it. The menu outside is packed—coffee, tea, syrups, pastries, brunch, catering—it’s a lot to take in, especially for someone just walking by. Most people aren’t stopping to read a full menu on the sidewalk. A clearer, more focused message would go a long way here. I also tried a brownie, and this is where the difference shows. It didn’t feel fresh, didn’t stand out, and honestly felt like an afterthought. When a place tries to do too many things, this is usually where it shows up first—not in the main product, but in everything surrounding it. That said, the potential here is undeniable. This space is built for gatherings, events, and experiences. It feels like it could shine brightest not as a traditional coffee shop, but as a venue that happens to serve great coffee. Right now, it’s in between identities—part café, part brunch spot, part event space—and it hasn’t fully decided what it wants to be yet. This place is amazing! I tried it out on a lark and was pleasantly impressed. I had a flavored latte and a matcha latte. The flavoring of the latte was not so overbearing to drown out the flavor of the coffee and tasted perfect! The matcha had a very beautiful nutty flavor and reminded me of eating pecans fresh from the yard! The atmosphere is very delightful with mellow music, chill vibe, and a large, open space that is inviting.

Took us a minute to figure out the barista was in the hallway but it was worth it! She did a wonderful job meeting our requests for our orders and was so kind! The space is a great, quiet spot to grab a seat and chill for a bit.
