We rented a cabin here for a weekend. My family and I enjoyed this place so much. The staff was very friendly and the variety of animals was amazing. It was so quiet and you could actually enjoy the sunrise. This place is definitely on my list of sites to visit again. My son is still talking about all the animals. Very family friendly.

The park is nice and well kept. Right off the highway and easy to find and access. Our site was nice and level and long enough for us. Park was fairly empty the few days we were there which was nice. The reason we picked this park vs others was the Safari that we could drive thru for something to do. Also they have a petting zoo. All animals seemed to be well taken care of and loved when we thru out some food to them that we bought from the office. We took 2 trips and a few hours each time thru the safari as it was not busy and got to see many of the animals up close in the comfort of our car. Staff were nice and easy to approach and talk with and seemed very caring for the RV park and the safari. We camped at Buena Vista Wildlife Safari and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Wow. It was a great experience from start to finish, beginning with the staff at the front. It took us about an hour and a half to two hours to leisurely drive through the safari. The majority of the animals weren't shy and would come directly to the vehicle. The few that were more elusive we still got some great pictures. We are already planning our next trip and might stay in a cabin next time. The kids (6yo & 9yo) had an absolute blast as did we. We definitely recommend. I forgot to mention the value of this drive thru safari is unbeatable.

The park has really good customer service. This is the best safari that I've been to in Texas, even better than Natural Bridge Caverns. The bison are awesome. I have been telling all of my friends to go to check it out. For RV camping it's a great place for that as well. We took the dogs for a walk and enjoyed watching the jack rabbits running nearby.

We were traveling up north through Texas and found this place and stopped in and we were so glad we did! We loved it so much we ended up staying an extra night even. The safari is super cool and a lot of fun, the petting zoo is a blast, and the whole area just has a nice vibe. The RV sites are nice and the bath house and laundry are great too! Would definitely recommend this place. ~Road Life Adventure
