Burlington

If you have nothing to do that day this is the store for you. You will wait in line for 45 to an hour while other employees stand around and talk. With only one casher and 4 other employees walking around. This place is ridiculous. Those 2 employees just standing there talking and looking at the line and not doing anything. I've been to many Burlington's and this is by far the worst one when it comes to checking out. It's like this every time I come. I would go to another location but this is close to my hotel.

This store is the most disgusting store! I have never encountered such a dirty, disorganized place. Everything looks used. I was desperate since im from out of town. Tried to by a suit jacket and no price tag. They found a price off the register for 79.99, ok fine, make a tag and put it in, sorry we cant do that?! Wth.. what if i decided to just return it, they said bring it back and they will take it withiut a tag.. That explains why everything looks dirty and used. Go somewhere else, this place is the pits!

Store has went completely downhill since they downsized from the store where they had the room for their products. Now it's horribly cramped and cluttered. Every single time I have been in this store, there is a long line with maybe 2 cashiers. Security is incredibly rude, and from what I've seen, a waste of company pay. All he does is talk at the door, and bark at people walking in. Managers nowhere to be found for register lines, dressing rooms, or assistance in any way. Turns out they were upstairs in a window watching and not doing anything. All the while, they have an over worked cashier(s), their store is being tore up, and all they do is call their "security" to take care of things, while they watch, and do nothing to assist. The fact there are numerous reviews stating a few of these same issues, and nothing has been fixed, shows a lack of responsibility on the owners part.

Only one cashier at 12pm in a Saturday. Ridiculous!!! I see several other staff in the store. This is inconsiderate of customers time. I left a basket with contents over $150 because of the long wait time. I stood in line 15 minutes and no help ever came.

Excellent Customer Service! However, the adorable doggy coats and a dress that I purchased are too small for our girls. Though, I’ll soon be returning for an exchange or refund. Other than the size difference; I had a pleasant retail shopping experience. To specify, the store is organized, clean, offers broad selections, and the employees who I interacted w/ had been friendly, efficient, and provided informative insight pertaining to their delivery dates (when new products are received and placed onto shelves).
