My First time here, Absolutely Outstanding Clean, no hairs in the bathroom!! Pool was Excellent, clean, even took a dip early this morning. Bed comfortable...Just Wished they had Breakfast.... 5 stars.....

The reception area has a bit of a musty smell, but the rooms are ALWAYS super clean and tidy here. Rooms with a kitchenette are super handy with a small cook top, full fridge, utensils & flatware, coffee supplies, and plenty of office space to work. I've stayed here more than once & have never been disappointed.

Honestly, I really try not to write bad reviews. But I was really disappointed with the room and service here. When we first walked in, it smelled like mildew and it didn’t go away. The tv only offered cable and wasn’t even connected to the internet. Also, we couldn’t change the AC in our room. Lastly, our total was $127 for 1 regular bedroom and I just have to say is that is wayyy overpriced for what our room looked like. Highly disappointed, I wanted to write a review for people who look at the reviews and see that it is somewhere “nice” to stay. I don’t want the same thing that happened to me to another person.

Rooms and service were fine. Really upset that there were men in the pool in their underwear. They had their pants hanging (belts and all) on the pool railing. They were out there all afternoon and no one working told them anything. When they first jumped in, they were fully clothed and wearing socks. As the day went on, they hung up their clothes around the pool.

I recently stayed here as a solo traveler and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience from the moment I checked in. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not greet me at all and barely spoke to me during the entire check-in process. She had all of her paperwork perfectly lined up, and when she removed mine, she made me sit there while she carefully realigned every other paper before continuing — without saying a single word to me. The only time she spoke was when she handed me my key. Her shirt said something along the lines of “don’t talk to me” or “stay away,” which unfortunately matched her behavior perfectly. I also expressed that I didn’t feel comfortable staying on the first floor next to three young men. When I returned to ask about switching rooms, she was visibly irritated and told me she couldn’t help. When I politely asked why I couldn’t be moved to one of the other available rooms, she seemed annoyed that she had to even address it. In the end, I was kept on the first floor anyway. She was unwilling to provide even basic customer service or understanding. Because of this experience alone, I would not recommend this hotel. On top of that, the hotel itself was not clean and felt poorly maintained. Overall, a very disappointing stay. Why would you have this individual at the front desk greeting customers??
