Canyon Springs Waterpark

Overall loved taking my kids last week but you can tell they are still working out the kinks with new ownership and training. My son won a season pass through our church VBS and it came with Splash Cash but no info at the front window about how to use that. They had only one window open for tickets and picking up passes with an even longer line to wait in after that for security and entry so decided I would follow-up another time. A little more park info and how season passes work would have been helpful but we figured it out nonetheless. They ran out of pizza by 12:30, were out of several drink choices my kids wanted and two of the slides they were excited about weren't running but all that aside we still had a good time. We ended up being on a lightening delay (lightening within 30 miles so everybody out of the water) at one point so they turned on the bubble foam fun for the kids. As a parent entertaining kids this was appreciated. Cute park but hoping to see some of these things worked out as the season goes on.

We visited for the first time on a Wednesday evening for a church function and had the BEST time! They had limited staff working, but it was shockingly clean and the team was incredibly attentive. This was a wonderful experience and we will definitelt be back!

We’ve already visited twice this summer, and we absolutely love this place! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We love that the park is small and cozy, yet still offers plenty of activities for kids of all ages. The Friday activities are especially amazing and give families even more reasons to visit. What truly sets this place apart is the staff—they interact with my grandkids every time we come and even remember them from previous visits, which makes them feel so special. We also love the new additions and improvements that have been made to the park this year. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care go into creating a fun, family-friendly experience. We can’t wait to come back again!

This was my kids first time at a water park and they loved it! I have 3 girls between 8-13 and there was a good selection of attractions to keep all of them happy. It’s small enough that I felt safe letting my 13yr old go on some slides while I stayed in the wave pool with my younger ones. The lifeguards were very attentive which I appreciate. I hope we can go back soon!

A complete and utter disaster. The new owners failed every single customer today by not having enough staff to man the windows. We've been standing in line for almost an hour because the season ticket system is jacked up from the old water park. And we also paid ten dollars for parking when we didn't have to. They said the parking's by a third party company. There's no point buying tickets in advance because you still have to wait in this hour long line. Do better new owners.
