We contacted several roofing contractors to find out what we were looking at to get our roof re-done. Hugo was one of a few who called back. He actually called back within a few minutes. He came out as agreed and called before coming too. He looked at our roof and answered some of our questions and explained a couple of things. We had the insurance come out and look at the roof as well. Hugo came back out a second time and answered a few more questions and submitted a quote shortly after that. After we decided to hire Castex Roofing for the job we contacted him and agreed on a day a few days later to get the roof re-done. The workers came as said early in the morning and were careful with their truck when they drove it through the back yard and close to the house so that they could dispose of the old shingles / roof paper etc. from the roof by throwing them into the truck bed. Since our roof is not so big, they were done by mid afternoon. They also meticulously checked and cleaned up around the house/yard before leaving. This was a refreshing experience and we highly recommend Castex Roofing. Hugo understands that good communication is essential to good business. We appreciate his care for the customer and thank him and his roofing crew for a great job.

I was in need of a metal roof installation at a remote location so I needed someone who was dependable and fair. I searched for roofers close to the house location and reached out to a few. Only one, Castex, responded to my quote request. Hugo, drove the distance to meet us and quote the work. This was a good sign because we don't live at the house location and needed to know we could depend on this contractor. Hugo listened to our wishes and was open to our unique situation. He offered additional solutions to some issues we had which showed us that he knew what he was doing. The quote was very fair and affordable so we went with them. So glad we did because they did a fantastic job. Hugo was very responsive, dependable and did quality work. The other Google reviews were telling the truth. I would definitely use Castex again!

Castex Roofing Co was great! Hugo came down to my house to do the inspection a day after my initial call; He got my trust right away. His crew was polite, respectful and very professional. Had an outstanding experience! Had a second assessment done for hail damage. He let me know when he was on his way and went right to work when he arrived. I informed him that this was my second assessment, and that my first mention was a complete roof replacement. He also asked if I wanted to get on the roof and see it for myself because, simply looking from the ground, he determined that there was no need for a replacement. We walked up and thoroughly discussed what he is looking for and how he makes his assessments. I would recommend them to anyone who needs roofing services.
