Central Transport

We have partnered with Central Transport for several years now. Their pricepoint and teamwork can not be matched. We do well over 300 LTL shipments a month and at least 70% is entrusted to Central. They're great with my distributors and delivery times. That doesn't mean things haven't happened, but in 5 years I can say I trust our local team to handle ANYTHING which falls out of my hands. Jennifer pulls up in her big truck like a superwoman and handles her business! Anthony has always been great to work with too! Thank you Central Transport for keeping us and our other partners happy with you're awesome locals!

I had an order delivered from Home Depot via central transport this week. I was blown away by how good the customer service was. I spoke with three different people and they were all so nice that I wanted to make a point to write a review! Thanks for delivering my item, Central transport!

Driver Brian that does Mexia, TX area is top notch and was great. I am guessing he has many years of experience under his belt. Thank you to the team at the Waco TX for getting our shipment picked up from a difficult shipper. Way beyond 5 stars at this terminal

This company is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. You can only talk to customer service located in Michagan. Freight has been in Waco for a week now. I am 40 minutes away. I can't talk to anyone at the Waco facility as everything is relayed from customer service. I was told on 5 separate occasions, 3 days in a row, that I would be contacted that morning or that afternoon from the Waco facility to set up a delivery date. I have still yet to be contacted by anyone from Waco. Protocol procedures won't allow me to just drive up the road 40 minutes and pick it up myself, yet, they won't deIiver it nor contact me. 2 days to get it from Orlando FL, to Waco and who knows how long at this point to get it another 40 minutes down the road. I have no idea how this company is still in bussiness. This has truly been the most frustrating experience I have gone thru trying to get a package. And based on the reviews, this seems to be the norm with this particular company. Communication is the key and they don’t do that.

Witnessed one of their drivers just now on May 13, 2020 tailgating, speeding and driving in an unsafe manner going up LaSalle in Waco, TX about 3:45 thus afternoon. Might need to re-train that driver of driving safely in a day cab hauling a trailer. He or she just about rear ended a car trying to slow down to get into one of the left hand turn lanes because they were following too closely.
