We cannot speak highly enough of the folks over at cornerstone plumbing! They were honest and fair with their bid and pricing. We needed plumbing work done underneath our church building. Cornerstone came in about $10k lower than one company and nearly 30k lower than another. They worked quickly and communicated well with our staff. They had to tunnel under our building to complete the repair, and just days after they began tunneling, Waco had several large downpours. They had to pause their tunneling work and eventually pump the water out of the tunnels to continue the repairs. All of this was certainly not something they expected to happen when they began the job for us, but they took care of it without issue or complaint. As soon as they could safely get back into the tunnel, they swiftly completed the repair for us. We will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks Cornerstone! - University Baptist Church

EXCELLENT experience. I had a complicated fix that required cutting into my neighbor’s wall. Luke was extremely professional. He and his team had to spend the full day on this fix but they were so polite, cleaned up really well, and were quite affordable for the hours spent. So grateful for them!

It's really hard to review a business when they don't even give you the opportunity to try their services. I scheduled an appointment to have a plumber come out first thing the following morning, as they mentioned it was an available slot in their schedule. Next day, they did not come out, and upon hours of being late I reached out to them. They informed me an emergency had come up that they had to address, and would let me know what time they would head my way. By the end of the day (like past 4:30), they called and told me they would not make it out and rescheduled me for the next day. Next day came and went, and by 4pm I had not heard from them. I reached out, and they said they were backed up from the day before's emergency. Interesting that my appointment, one of the first, if not THE first, ones affected by that emergency, was not only NOT serviced, but they did not have the decency to call me and let me know they would not be coming out. Two days WASTED waiting for them at time slots they told me they could meet. Recommendation: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WAITING FOR BAD COMMUNICATION.
