Nice hotel in a convenient location. Close to downtown and the river/walking bridge. It got a little loud on our side of the building due to teenagers and others street racing along the river. Seemed safe enough to walk around the area in early evening. I think the local police should put a stop to the loud cars and racing though. Breakfast seemed pricey for what it was, at $15/person (very basic).

This is an actual 5 star review. Location is dead center to Waco and not far from anything either by a very quick drive or even walking distance. Across from the convention center, which was great for the reason I was there. Staff was excellent and friendly. Rooms were great and had amenities of a hotel that was planned with care. Just note that the hotel design is split, so listen to the direction of the staff to know which section your room is on, many get confused, myself included. So if you go searching for your room and it's not where you think it is based on numbering, just know you went to the wrong section.

Stayed here for a culinary competition with my students. Staff was awesome. Shelby was especially helpful with a couple of situations that came up during our stay. Location is centrally located near the convention center, close to several parks and other areas of interest. Would definitely stay here again on my own or for other events.

Everything was a bit above average until breakfast. For $200, breakfast should at least match everything else. It appeared they filled it at 6/6:30 when they open it and didn't do much after that. By 9:00 (they serve till 10:30) the area was very "used" (didn't want to say dirty, but ...) and the options until we complained were very limited. What was supposed to be hot was cold and dry. I doubt we'll stay here again.

My room is good at 11 pm front desk called to keep TV down when it wasn’t loud with people screaming in the courtyard. Have the room with my dad w/ copd using a breathing machine. Also YouTube can’t be watched as a guest it requires you to be sign to prove you are not a bot. The hotel does provide a free breakfast which is good. Beware if you get are disabled and gets room the rooms are farthest from the elevator not close to the doors at all.
