I stopped for gasoline, but this place was so busy, I could hardly get in to wait on a pump. The entire parking lot was packed and there were even cars in an adjacent lot. I went in for a drink and a snack, but there were lines extending across the entire shop. All kinds of delicious looking goodies were displayed in cases, but there's no way I would have stood in those long lines. I guess a lot of other people know about the many food choices but I just walked back out.

A truly wonderful place to buy delicious, high-quality baked goods. Fast service and an huge variety of pastries to choose from. They also have frozen options, many kinds of Czech sausages, and natural jams. This place is an absolute hidden gem right off the highway: a real diamond you don’t expect to find.

If you’re passing through Texas, Czech Stop is worth the stop. The kolaches are fresh, flavorful, and live up to the hype. The ham and cheese and the sausage and cheese were both outstanding, especially warm right out of the case. Fast service, great selection, and a true Texas road trip tradition. Highly recommend!

I have taken a few frolics on my current road trip, and this one was worth every minute and gas outlay. Man are these kolaches good. It's Thurs afternoon, and there was no line but also a few items were sold out. Savory (sausage and cheese) was the best I've ever had. Sweet (apricot) had the most delicate dough...they're both kinda a miracle.

Saw the rave reviews on social media about this place so we decided to stop on our way to Fort Worth. SO WORTH THE DRIVE! This place was absolutely incredible! So many choices for kolaches, sausages, sandwiches, etc. Just about anything your heart desires. Will definitely be back on our way through again. It is a MUST stop! Friendly staff as well.
