DARR Equipment recently performed engine and hydraulic repairs on my 1996 forklift. Not only was the work performed to my satisfaction, but they took the time to pressure wash it before and after the work was complete. It seems like a minor detail that a lot of shops will cut corners on, but it's an important step for the mechanic diagnosing the machine and checking the repairs. It's also an additional touch of professionalism to return the machine in a clean state to the customer. They had someone inspect it separate of the mechanic working on it, which is another touch of professionalism that isn't as common anymore. Both the inspector and technician left excellent notes on the service invoice. I've been using DARR Equipment for onsite repairs as well as in shop, and they have always left me impressed with every interaction. DARR Equipment takes the time to do the job right, and that's why I've been using them for several years to repair my fleet of forklifts!
