Dollar Tree on Robinson Dr

Went to dollar tree and tried to buy the nail polishes that were a penny couldn’t find any. get to the checkout just to see them all in a buggy with an orange sticker covering the barcode. I know those are the penny polishes because the upc matches the ones I’ve found at other Dollar Trees I find one missing the orange sticker and go to scan it. Sure enough it is a penny! I go back to checkout to purchase all the polishes Manager Micheal refuses to sell them to me and states they are marked clearance and are $0.50 each. I told him I just scanned one that was missing the orange sticker and it was a penny. Same upc same color same number as the others with the sticker covering bar code in the basket. He even does a price check at the register to make sure it matches the stores scanner. He takes the basket away and states he will throw them away because… I was told that I was right and they aren’t even supposed to be on sale and they should be thrown away. Well which one is it? Are they on clearance or are they pennies that need to be thrown away? Then he tries to refuse to sell me the one I found without the orange sticker and the other employee proceeds to play keep away with the polishes because I am now demanding pictures. When I ask why she won’t let me take a photo she proceeds to tell me “we don’t have time for this shit” and starts to get an attitude. I told her “don’t cuss as me” and she then slams the basket of polishes down. I asked for a district managers name and number and manager Micheal let me know that I would have to go through corperate and I said “that is fine and understandable” I then asked if they were following the “thrill of the hunt” promotion. And neither acknowledged my question. There was also a cup without the straw in this basket that was also being sold “clearance” and should have been trash as it was damaged goods (due to missing straw) I then purchased my single polish so I could have the receipt and left. Corperate was called and I am expecting a call back probably next week due to it being the weekend. I go to dollar trees all around Texas and purchase these penny items to donate. I almost never have problems but when I do I speak up and speak out. You have a company policy and you are making up your own rules for whatever reason that is. I am throughly disappointed.

This is the great store to come in! Not only is it a well put together but it's extremely organized and most items are on stock. It is very easy to walk around and purchase items at this store. Not just that you can look at things that have I have for sale at an ease. It can be tricky to get to the store and park if you don't know your way around there. I give it 4 out of 5 🌟 due to the fact that the staff does not seem to notice you when you walk in or when you leave. Other than that great store to come in and shop.

Great place to shop. Plenty of things to choose from. Employees were very helpful. However what is wrong with this picture. I think all handicap parking should be closer. That is a good walk for some. But. Great place

Hands down the best and the cleanest store in this area! I will definitely be driving the few extra minutes to get to this store. Every employee (3 beautiful ladies) greeted me with a warm smile when I happened upon them stocking or cleaning in the aisles.
