Great pizza, great speed, great everything. The staff are great and the screen shows your wait time and live status of your order! Great location as well. I don't know why it got 3 stars but it's a 5 star level pizzaria. I'll definitely buy again from here unless I see something 3star-ish!

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This Domino’s is consistently disappointing and I’m done giving them chances. My friend ordered two simple pizzas for dinner—an Alfredo and steak pizza well done, and I ordered a hand-tossed pizza with Alfredo, spinach, and tomato. Both orders were missing the Alfredo completely. How do you mess up the main ingredient on both pizzas? On top of that, her pizza was cut completely unevenly, like whoever sliced it had no idea what they were doing. It wasn’t even cut properly into slices. We also ordered lava cakes, and the employee making them didn’t seem to know what they were doing either. They literally took the top off the powdered sugar shaker and ended up dumping a huge amount of powdered sugar all over the lava cakes. Completely careless and unprofessional. This isn’t even a one-time issue. I’ve had to wait over an hour and a half for food before because they didn’t have enough delivery drivers, and the only “solution” is a weak 50% off coupon that doesn’t fix the actual problem with this store. The management is rude, the service is disorganized, and the food quality is extremely inconsistent. At this point, it feels like nobody there takes pride in what they’re doing. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I had to come on here and leave a review I just called the store and gave them huge props!! I have two boys that absolutely love pizza and we always ask for extra sauce and we 7 out of 10 times don't get it, but we got it today and when I tell you this is probably the best pizza we've gotten from a Domino's in waco in the two years that we've been here!!! So I had to say good job on that! Trinity I know made the pizza you're the shizz for real! And shawn was super fast on delivery and it arrived hot!! Thank you guys for making a moms night that much easier after a long day at work!!

It’s understood that the timers given online are estimates. But ordering a pizza and wings at 6:30 and not receiving a single update other than the “time of delivery” continuing to get longer? It’s 8:00 at the Moment of writing this review and the pizza has not been delivered. After calling they only mentioned the driver Nathaniel might be taking other orders. I doubt it’ll take him an hour and a half to deliver other pizzas. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Find a local pizza place and you’ll get slow service and it will be faster than the service of this place. Never ordering dominos pizza ever again because of this location alone. (Other locations also take long but not an hour and 30 minutes long.

Pizza arrived curled up on its side and I picked extra cheese and im looking at my crust? Report the issue on the app and get 20% off next order? My pizza cost more than the $6 discount that you're offering but okay.
