My daughters booked me a spa day for my birthday in March and this was the worst. It was 30 minutes in the sauna or hot tub, 30 minute massage with a body scrub and 30 minute facial. I had a friend with me and we chose the hot tub which had hair floating around in it. When it was time for the body scrub the ladies had on one glove and was using a scrub that you could get from Walmart and simply rubbed it on us with one stroke on each arm and leg while we where standing up and then told us to get into the shower and rinse off. The locker room is on the other side of the building. So they gave us robes and told us we had to walk barefoot across the building to get to our massages. Mind you this is a fitness center with people working out around you. They were not ready to give us the massages and made us sit out front of the foyer in our robes. Once we made it to the massage table we were still wet and the sheets on the table were a thick cotton. I've had plenty of massages and this was more of a rub. During the massage the lady broke my friend's earrings and didn't say anything until she got off of the table and it fell. The facial again the worst. I do not recommend going here if you are looking for a true spa experience.

I love Dreamscape. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. I get a amazing massage every two weeks and it helps so much with my back problems. I also see Julia for MNRI sessions for my scoliosis. The results have been incredible. The pain is almost gone and I am so much more flexible. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I’ve had hundreds of massages and this place is an absolute joke. I had a spa package booked — 30 minutes massage, 30 minutes facial, then foot scrub. I arrived at my scheduled time and she said that my appointment was actually at 4:00. I was confused by that. But I left and came back at that time. First I was allowed to use the steam room and hot sauna. Do not be impressed - smelled like a wet boys locker room. No spa vibes at all. When it was finally time to start my package the “masseuse” asked me what I wanted worked on for the 30 minutes. I said back and neck/shoudler. She said she have me lay on my back first then fill me at 15 minutes. I was never flipped. And she did my shoulders, head and arms?? The lights were *on* the full time. Then she left to “see what was gonna be next for me or if I needed to change rooms”. I waited and waited on the table. The front desk lady came back and said “did you have an appointment? We have three other people here and don’t have an aesthetician..” so not only did I not get the spa package, I also didn’t even get what I asked for in the massage. Huge waste of time and money. I don’t understand why I wasn’t told when I first arrived that there was a schedule conflict? I never received an email or call to confirm appointment ahead of time. I cried as I left.

We had a great time! We were in Waco area for my cousins bachelorette. They were able to accommodate our facials and massages for a group of 4, and the process was so smooth! Facial and massages were amazing and we left feeling refreshed!!

I have been to Dreamscape numerous times in the past. But, I was away from Waco for about seven months. I had a certificate for a 1-hour massage to Dreamscape that I used it today. I had forgotten how delightful and therapeutic a massage can be...very invigorating. Sara Perez does a great job. Perfect mood music. All sorts of cool wellness devices. MadaLynn, the hostess, who the the most bubbly and effervescent personality in the universe, will enthusiasticly show you the benefits of each and every one of them. It is a great experience...I highly recommend it to everyone!
