Elegant Nail Spa

I had such a beautiful experience at Elegant Nails Spa. I’m visiting Waco for work and was honestly a little hesitant to try somewhere new, but Natalie and Lily completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I sat down, they made me feel comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted. They took their time, were incredibly gentle, and the final result came out even better than I imagined. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and their clients. It’s not easy to find technicians you can fully trust, especially when you’re out of town, but I’m so glad I found them. If you’re booking here, I highly recommend asking for Natalie and Lily, they are amazing.

I was a student at Baylor and Jade was absolutely amazing! My friend recommended her and I am truly so sad that I didn’t know her sooner. The way she did my nails are the best they have ever looked. She treated them with care and was the best. She was quick to respond on text and made the experience unforgettable!

I just graduated from Baylor, but while I was there Jade was my lifesaver!! She is quick to respond, very kind in the chair, willing to answer my questions and take her time helping me pick what I want, but was still so efficient and good at her work at the same time!! She as well as this whole salon is the best, and has the kindest staff. Definitely recommend.

Pedicure was ok, but I was there for 2.5 hours with the WORST manicure I’ve ever had! I’m embarrassed to show my nails to anyone, but I couldn’t communicate with my tech to make anything better. My nails are lumpy and all diff shapes.

First time in, very clean. Went in for a pedicure and gel manicure, pedicure was amazing. Leo was awesome! My manicure tech lady they switched me off to was not as great. The manicure out come was great, they look amazing the nail tech's customer service was not. She kept telling me "Look at Tv" "Look at Tv" she didn't want me to look at her doing my nails for some reason. She kept telling me to " relax my hand" like 4 times and it was very much so relaxed. I have been getting my nails done for years at many other places and never was told anything or to not look at her while she was doing my nails. First time here and the quality was good, will likely return but not get my manicure done by the same lady!
