As a business owner, I understand the importance of fair and honest billing and this company did not meet that standard. The charges for services or lack of in this incident were Much higher than expected and felt excessive since no work was performed. Unfortunately, when I tried to address this issue, there was very little willingness to resolve it or explain the pricing clearly. I have been a customer since 2002. They will no longer get my business. I would strongly advise anyone using Equipment Depot to carefully review estimates and invoices before agreeing to service, as the final charges may not reflect what you expect!

So I went in to pick up some filters for a TN65. I waited in line, with no one in front of me, for 30 minutes. Two sales/parts people were "helping" one guy find a module. The other sales person was trying to find the part on the computer that couldntnt be found. No one said a word or even acknowledged my existence. While other staff wondered through the building, no one asked if they could assist me. Terrible business model if your counting on sales.

Only New Holland place in Waco. Did not have filters in stock had to order. Feel their products are overpriced compared to other tractor places. However staff was very helpful and friendly,, especially the service folks.

I couldn't say more about the efficiency and attention to detail that Mary Wagner a rental coordinator with Equipment Depot, has shown me. Ive tried several other rental firms in my area. Now, when I need equipment quickly, and for a reasonable price, the only call I make is to Mary.

We were assisted by the most inept, bumbling salesman I have ever met. Our needs were not taken seriously, and no useful information was gleaned from the meeting, especially with regards to formal price, implement packages and estimated time of arrival. On our second attempt, the same salesman went to the back to “see if they had a tractor in stock”. We were left waiting for 25 minutes with no information. As such, we promptly left and purchased a tractor from another dealership.
