They are unable to deliver items because they ran into an issue. They can’t gain access to condo complex. The driver apparently doesn’t have the gate code. That’s no excuse. They deliver to this location every day! They should make sure the driver has the code.

Pick up and ship off all the time here. Great people, always super helpful. Fedex can be a little pricier on the rates, but they always deliver on time, and in the last 5 years, with over 400 shipments, I can only recall one time a pallet coming apart in transit. Outstanding work by an outstanding group of people!

We ordered several products that unfortunately was by no attempt by FedEx. 4 of the 5 packages were not just delivered to the wrong number address, the packages were delivered to the wrong streets. Four different deliveries, four (4) different packages all to wrong address and streets. On top of that, pictures were taken for proof of delivery and the address numbers I the pictures did NOT match my house number. This FedEx guy is not a good employee. We run our packages down by the addresses shown in the pictures. Living in a small town with less than a thousand people we know a lot of people and easily recognize the addresses shown in FedEx proof of delivery photos. One of the ladies we talked to told us that several of her packages over the last month delivered by FedEx was also delivered to wrong addresses and wrong streets. If not hair-lips the State of Texas, we will never use FedEx for anything ever again. Unless you have dealt with FedEx for same or similar issues, you have no idea what hell we went through to prove their righteous and above God Almighty Himself employee had NOT delivered our packages to us at our address. Be careful of FedEx.

We picked up some equipment that was shipped here. The person assisting us loaded it up on our trailer and helped center it. Very good and quick service.
