Carissa was super at helping me print my documents from their website printandgo. Then I came back in for Carissa to help me then get the right size box for my shipment. I then asked a lot of questions about them printing banners and then their new backlight poster option. Thank you hiring Carissa who provided excellent customer service.

Love this location. I ship a lot and use FEDEX for my larger shipments. Probably 4 or 5 a month go through this location and it's been great for 5 + years. I think the people at this location are always extremely nice and helpful. I scan my own packages in at the kiosk and usually have to take them back to the counter and leave them since they are usually too big to leave in the kiosk drop box but they are always nice when we say hi. Knock on wood I have always had great service with FedEx home delivery service. Most of the negative comment for this location are just things that typically happen with high volume parcel companies. The employees at the various FedEx office locations can't do much after your packages have been picked up from their locations. Trucks break down, drivers call in sick, delays will always hapen . life happens to drivers just like it does everyone else.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Review I had an excellent experience at the FedEx Office on Valley Mills Drive. I came in to work on printing materials for my writing projects and was trying to use the self-service computer system, but I was having trouble getting everything to work correctly. Rather than leaving me to struggle with it, Jaylyn and Logan immediately stepped in to help. They suggested that I email the photos directly to the store. Once I did, Logan took over on the store computer and quickly got everything set up and ready to print. They recognized the problem right away, came up with a solution, and got me exactly what I needed without any hassle. What impressed me most was their willingness to take ownership of the situation and make sure I left with a successful result. They were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. As a retired Army Combat Medic and independent author, I greatly appreciate customer service that goes beyond simply pointing someone toward a machine and wishing them luck. Jaylyn and Logan made the process easy, saved me a lot of frustration, and helped me get my project completed. The finished products looked great, and I left extremely satisfied. Jaylyn and Logan are a credit to their store and to FedEx Office. Highly recommended. Five stars all the way.

I highly recommend this center! I was assisted promptly by friendly, helpful staff and the center is clean & organized. It is apparent the manager is doing an excellent job! I will definitely be going back in the future.

I freakin love all of our Fed Ex sites, bc of the employees. All of the Valley Mills staff are basically my second family. Saul and Mrs B over there on Imperial. They are all great people and so very helpful!
