The process was great.The store associate was great. The ease of drop-off was great. My receipt was texted. The only issue was locating the location. THERE NEEDS TO BE A SIGN ON THE BUILDING STATING IT IS A "FEDEX DROPOFF" LOCATION!

After my transaction I was asked if I wanted a receipt. After answer yes he look put out by having to walk over and print me one. Attitude about my lack of information to help him ship my stuff was evident from the start.

no scanner for a month now so adding funds to cash app is put of the question. the company has not sent the store a new one it's not the locations fault. often short staffed. the a/c goes out often in summer and restrooms are always broke down no matter how much they fix them.

FedEx on site at Dollar general....WOW, what can I say except that it's better than actually having to go to the FedEx delivery site the manager is very knowledgeable helpful is able to not only give you the assistance to send but also to pick up packages there at the Dollar general site since they got that new manager in there that store has been unbelievably clean well put together all the the shelves are full and stocked and they now have a dollar only aisle which surprisingly is well equipped with a lot of things that you would find at Dollar Tree. Overall between the store and the FedEx site that's why I shop there instead of family Dollar now....
