Traveling back to Biloxi MS from Waco, was stranded Sunday afternoon 62 miles outside of Waco with a blown odd size tire. Firestone on Lake Air Rd was only tire shop in town that had the tire size I needed and was open on Sunday. I was 100% at the mercy of store on service and price. Not only did Jared James give me a great price on the tires, he was willing to help me even after closing hours. No matter the situation, Jared James will take care of you on price and service. I placed my car here since 12pm was told it'll take an hour for them to get in the shop. They had it in the shop at 4pm it's now 6:40pm why tell me things that's a lie. I have no problem waiting but be honest.

Had a severe engine issue about a week ago while passing through town on a business trip. The high pressure fuel injector to one of the cylinders in my truck’s engine was stuck open causing a misfire. These guys got it in and diagnosed the problem in just a couple of hours. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix it because the high pressure injector requires a special tool to remove, but rather than just try to do it anyway they recognized their limits and referred me to someone who did have the equipment. Attempting to remove the fuel injector without the right tool could result in it breaking apart which would result in pieces being dropped into the head of the engine. Definitely not something that should ever be allowed to happen. If I lived closer I would use this place regularly.

My mom went in for an appointment she scheduled at 1pm, left at 3pm because she was told it would be another TWO HOURS before they could get to her and all she was there for was an oil change. This sort of delay is unacceptable especially when appointment has been booked. I can understand being a little late because you're behind, but not having other available employees who can help with something as basic as an oil change in the span of four hours is not good, and I dislike hearing my mother upset about something when she is too nice to say anything to the service provider.

I was traveling alone on my way to Dallas when my car began shaking violently. I decided to stop at a tire shop to see if I had a bad tire. The guy said the tires were fine, and I needed to see a mechanic. I panicked thinking something was terribly wrong, and I was going to be stuck in Waco while my car was getting repaired. At this point it was 6:15 in the evening. The only other repair shop open was Firestone. I decided to go there hoping the mechanics could at least tell me what was wrong. I drove slowly while my car bobbed up and down and shook the whole way. I arrived at 6:45. Firestone closes at 7. There I met a wonderful young man named Jared J. He listened to my story and then called out to Stephen explaining my cars symptoms. Stephen knew exactly what was wrong without even looking at my car! He did a quick check and confirmed that it was the tires after all! These two angels stayed an hour past closing to make sure I got safely back on the road. Stephen even helped me pick out tires based on my driving habits. I'm so impressed by his expertise! Thank you Stephen and Jared for helping this woman whom you had never met before. I believe you saved me and perhaps others from a terrible disaster! Life likes to throw curveballs. Thank you Stephen and Jared for helping me when I was in a vulnerable place. I pray God's blessings are showered upon you both. And thank you Firestone for hiring the best experts there are!
