Another investment group rv park with no on-site personnel. Roads in/out not good. The website description of phases & additions like a pool were nowhere evident. The laundry room is small & cramped with 2 out of 4 wash machines out-of-order & no ventilation. The walk bridge across Flat Creek is "unstable" per the sign. The only good thing about the place is the quiet, rural setting. But calling it a "resort" is really stretching the truth.

Stayed here for a month, wont be staying there again. This place NEVER answers there calls. Doesn't return messages or voicemail. Why have a phone number in the first place. (Try calling yourself you will get no answer)The manager when she decides to answer calls is so disorganized and has a distasteful dry humor and cursing as well. IF YOU WANT AN RV PARK THATS COMPETENT DONT STAY HERE Bathroom and showers have no ac, bugs all over the laundry room and bathroom. Stay away from this place. They need new management. And to call this place a resort is laughing

Nice RV park. Easy in and out with full hookups. The WIFI isn't anything you'd want to count on. It's well kept and has a good number of long term folks. They have a shower, public restrooms, and laundry facility.

This RV park ended up being a lifesaver for us. We had reservations at another park and they ended up being closed. Since it was after 5pm we were having a hard time finding an open park to make another reservation. This was the only one still answering their phone and helped us with a reservation and directions since we were not from the area. Our site was the most level site we have ever had. We only needed to stay one night and I wish we could have stayed longer because the campground was beautiful and peaceful. Thanks for going above and beyond for us. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful and VERY CLEAN RV park. We were headed south and stayed here for a week on our way. We are traveling with friends and the way our sites were set up had us facing each other, we liked that we had a nice yard to share. Laundry room was clean and maintained, nice showers, nice walking path as well. There is wifi in the park, however, we travel with our own so we didn't use it. It is nice to have for guests that do not travel with it. We enjoyed seeing the cows across the creek in the mornings. We met the maintenance man and he was very friendly. Great customer service from time of booking and throughout our stay. Plenty of things to do in the area that are only short drives from the park. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
