Fox and Co. Bakery

Fox & Co Bakery is easily one of the best little spots around. The space has a warm, welcoming vibe, perfect for a slow morning or a quick afternoon reboot. The coffee is smooth and rich, and the pastries are a twist on the standards also sweet without being over the top. Paired with genuinely friendly service, it’s the kind of neighborhood place you’ll want to make a regular habit of visiting. The Croissants and the OH My Gourd! And the Chai tea Latte are my favorite!

I have loved following Fox and Co along their business start up journey during their pop up events and home bakery popups and excited to see them open their storefront! Their storefront is bookish, cozy with plentiful seating, and airy. Their gluten free, dairy free blueberry muffins are truly so moist and the best gluten free, dairy free muffins I’ve had! Their cakes are delicious too! Highly recommend visiting their space!

This is a quaint and quiet place with wonderful pastries and service. Their gluten-free dairy-free blueberry muffin is my go to and it is so delicious! The staff and owners are super friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy, homey, and comforting.

Victor the owner & his barista were so friendly & helpful. He even let us taste a new drink recipe he was working on! THe food was delicious - we had the bacon, cheddar & chive scone, blueberry muffin & their original recipe Dr. Pepper cinnamon roll. I had a brown sugar cinnamon latte - house made syrup. Fantastic! This place is a must in Waco!

Smooth cup of coffee. This place has managed to blend the coffee/taco vibe of Austin into Waco. Sit enjoy coffee, read, and enjoy yummy pastries. Sison taco is also shares the same space. This is not your typical in a rush go go coffee shop. Calm and relaxed coffee shop.
