Today was my first experience with Fred’s and I have no complaints. This shop is gave an honest explanation of recommendations for brake and rotar replacement. They also did a good job honoring the time they said it would take to complete the job. The price was fair. Would come back for future maintenance and recommend to others.

Used to come here and had no problems but recently had a terrible experience took my car to them. First recommended me to go to another place that didn’t work out then, with them my car broke down on me twice whilst driving they said they only did the work I asked for and I only asked what they “diagnosed” on what my car needs,used to be competent now just frauds. Wasted my hard earned money and left me stranded twice could have been in a car accident because of them.

I had my brakes fixed at Fred’s Radiator & Auto Repair today and couldn’t be more impressed. They took care of my walk-in request with excellent customer service, gave me a fair price for both labor and parts, and the quality of their work is outstanding. What really stood out was how above and beyond they went—they gave me a ride to work and even picked me up when my car was ready. That level of service is rare these days. I’m extremely happy with the entire experience and truly grateful for their help. I would definitely recommend Fred’s to anyone needing honest, dependable auto repair in Waco!

So glad I came here!! I had last minute car engine issues, and the owner of the shop even stayed after hours while my car was towed. The people were so kind and helpful! Service was fast and very reasonably priced.
