Gathering Oaks Retreat was everything we could have hoped for and more! From the moment we booked, the communication was exceptional. Rebekah was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire planning process, which made everything so much less stressful. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The property is so well maintained, and the scenery created the most perfect backdrop for our wedding day. Every corner of the venue is stunning, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous everything was. We truly had the best day ever at Gathering Oaks and couldn't have imagined getting married anywhere else. We are so thankful for everyone at The Gathering Oaks for helping make our wedding so special. If you're looking for a beautiful venue with amazing service, I can't recommend Gathering Oaks enough!

We had a great time at the Gathering Oaks property! This was the second year we've hosted our annual summit there, and once again, everything went smoothly. The property is beautiful, the facilities are outstanding, and the team is always willing to help and accommodate our needs. They truly made our stay enjoyable, productive, and memorable. We hosted our company’s end-of-year celebration at Gathering Oaks, and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful. The cleanliness of the installations was remarkable, and every space felt thoughtfully prepared. This was an absolutely lovely property to have our daughter’s outdoor wedding and reception. It was so special to get to have family and close friends stay at the property with us! Just had the best wedding weekend here at Gathering Oaks!!! I can’t recommend this venue enough, we had so many people stay on site and everyone was comfortable with their accommodations! I absolutely enjoyed having my wedding here, and the service was amazing!! 10/10 recommend for a wedding or family reunion! Huge plus was being able to have our doggies part of our special day!!🤩
