Very fast and friendly service! The food was fresh, my favorite items were the rolls, beef fajitas, and the cheese fries, which were all amazing. I'd say the portion sizes are very good here. For my entree, I had the patty melt. Honestly it wasn't my favorite, the meat wasn't the best, and I believe whataburger has better patty melts. We also had the chicken and beef fajitas with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. The beef fajitas were amazing and flavorful, however the chicken was a bit dry so I'd recommend just getting beef. The mashed potatoes were good, but the mac and cheese wasn't anything amazing, Chick-fil-A has better mac. I'd come back and order different items to give this restaurant another try!

It is an experience, and your first sign of its popularity is just how busy it is! You have serval different places to sit, each with a different decor and seating. You'll find a wide variety of choices to meet a group with different tastes. The sweets are amazing too! If this is the first time you've been to Waco, you need to stop in and try this place. You won't be disappointed.

George’s was hands down one of the best meals on our trip so far!!! Our server, Coco, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She took the time to help us decide what to order, and every recommendation was spot on. We started with the Bear Bites. They are practically a meal all by themselves! Then Coco suggested the blackened shrimp tacos for Chad, and he was completely blown away by how good they were. I ordered the steak fingers, and they were perfect. Super tender on the inside with an incredibly crunchy coating on the outside. Exactly how steak fingers should be! We both got the onion rings, and geez, they were HUGE! The Texas portions were so big that we ended up taking a ton of food back to the hotel. Great food, great atmosphere, and outstanding service. Coco truly made our experience memorable. Thanks again, Coco! If you ever make it through North Carolina again, give us a wave! 👋

The food was good. The service was excellent. I ordered the blackened chicken strips with mac & cheese and broccoli casserole. I would order it again because the blackened flavor was tasty. Cristal was our server and she was outstanding—very personable and responsive service. Highly recommend.

Please update your menu on the corn. Or make others aware. I was rally looking forward to some butter sweet corn. This is not sweet corn. It is kinda southwest with some red bell peppers (allergic) added to change the corn taste/flavor. Not what I expected. At least put that taste is not buttered corn, taste but southwest and other items are added. Disappointed.
