I just want to tell you how much we enjoyed our lunch with Juji!! My birthday boy Connor had the best birthday!! We all enjoyed the interaction and the food was delicious🥰. Our tour with the other animals and the interaction with the we thoroughly enjoyed🥰. I didn’t get their names, but the 2 tour guide were amazing and we learned a lot!! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful!! The interaction with all the animals is amazing and we all had a great time with them🥰 I thought it was great in New Boston, but I have to say what you have done in Decatur is truly amazing🥰. Well worth every penny and the trip!!

What an incredible experience! Feeding and interacting with these exotic animals was truly unforgettable. From hand-feeding the giraffes and hippos to watching Juji, the adorable baby giraffe, create a canvas painting, every moment was amazing. We stayed overnight in one of the wagons, and waking up to giraffes right outside our front door made the experience even more special. If you're looking for a unique wildlife adventure, this is definitely a place you need to visit. Highly recommended!

We chose Giraffe Inn & Safari for our anniversary getaway, and it was one of the most unforgettable experiences we’ve ever had! We loved every single second of our stay. Getting to interact with so many amazing animals, including lemurs, a sloth, prairie dogs, a pygmy hippo, camels, and so many others, was incredible. The highlight of our trip was getting to paint with Juji, the adorable baby giraffe. It was such a unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience that made our anniversary even more special. The staff was welcoming, the animals were well cared for, and the entire experience was beyond anything we expected. If you’re looking for a memorable getaway that’s unlike anything else, we can’t recommend Giraffe Inn & Safari enough. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing experience. Have been to many safari type places and by far this one wins hands down. The lead zookeeper did our tour and she was fabulous with all the kids and animals. I truly can say if you have the chance to visit you should. My daughter said it was the best day!! Stacey Warden

Way overpriced place for the little animals they have. Also when we arrived the lady at the store told us that 3 and under are free. Then when we were paying then the other lady said that we have to pay for our 3 year old too. We paid over $300 for our family. The owner told us it’s over 67 animals and the tour is 90 minutes. The tour was only 60 minutes that’s including times they took us all back to store to wash hands 3 times. We visited 13 cages with not more then 20 animals in total. They all were behind the cage, that you were not able to really pet, some of them you could only feed from behind the fence. What’s unfair and frustrating that when we came there and we asked what to aspect, they told us that we will be able to go to cage to hold animals, to pet then, to have close contact, that is why it’s that expensive. Nothing like that. You will not be allowed to even pet giraffe. We saw giraffe only his head thru the window and give him lettuce. The only animals that we went inside the cage were only 4 cages where we saw lemurs, sloth, and otters. But you could not hold them only feed. Total misrepresentations of what we were buying. You can have way better experience in 5 times cheaper place with way more animals. Also our guide was not nice, pretty annoyed that we had children, looked like not children friendly. Our children were very gentle and followed the rules but the guide was over hovering, controlling and ruined even the small tour we had. I see on other reviews that ppl were petting giraffe but our guide didn’t let us pet or even touch the giraffe. We have been to 3 other safari’s in DFW and never had such negative experience. I would not recommend this place at all.
