Don’t let the reviews fool you. I paid $1,400 to get my car fixed, and it still rides very rough. I was told that if I had any issues afterward, I could bring it back and they would check it out. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case — I was ghosted, lied to, and completely ignored after paying in full. I’m an unsatisfied customer and would strongly recommend treading carefully before considering this shop for any repairs. Communication, honesty, and accountability were severely lacking in my experience. Ended up having to take my car to another shop , I was told that my initial was never completely fixed and will cost me another $750 in parts and repairs redo their work. And please don’t anyone reach out to me after this post, I have called and texted you guys more than enough and I was more than patient and fair. This was my last resort. Edit: for response Respectfully, that’s incorrect. I reached out multiple times and never received a clear response or time to bring the car back. I paid my full balance and just wanted the issue resolved, but communication stopped completely. My review reflects my experience.

One of the best experience I’ve had at an auto repair shop. They were very friendly. As a female who doesn’t know much about cars, they made me feel very comfortable and didn’t try to take advantage.
