I needed tires and used my Insurance Company's "PERKS" to find a good deal. I was able to purchase the 4 tires and get scheduled in the very next morning. I was greeted by Victoria, Service Manager and she got me checked in. The service took about 2 hours, I also got an alignment done. TH staff was supportive, professional, and courteous.

We had tire trouble when visiting from out of town. After calling around to multiple stores in the area, Goodyear was the only place willing to help. Great service and great price. I would recommend.

No one enjoys going into the so to get their vehicles worked on! But Victoria us always very pleasant and I enjoy the great customer service she provides! The have earned my business and I highly recommend them!

Kelvin and Nick saved my life. I drove all the way from Wichita Falls Texas to Waco to pick up a vehicle allegedly in very good condition. Come to find out I had four rotted tires and would have never made it home. I called 30 minutes before closing I told Mr Kelvin what the problem was and he was so kind of hearted and he let me come in and him and Nick stayed till after 7:30 to help me out. I'll be forever in debt to them too and to Goodyear. Thank y'all so much again I cannot give enough of a glowing review. They went way above and beyond for me. Can't say enough about the two of them. Will recommend and ya'll have a customer for life in me. Thank you guys again.0

The quality of work and customer service is top notch. Austin and Victoria do a great job explaining what is going on with the vehicle. If you prefer walking instead of sitting and waiting, there are plenty of restaurants and a few shopping malls next door.
