We worked with Marily Hernandez and I truly enjoyed having her as our realtor.She was very patient with us and made sure to answer all our questions,and her speaking Spanish was a plus because it helped even more when it came to communicating with the parties involved.When it came to selling our home she communicated well with me about scheduling showings and confirming them or just any thing that came up.She answered her phone every time I called and if she didn’t she would text me right away so I was never left with out a response.Due to my husbands work schedule he didn’t have time to be on the phone during the week so even on personal days Marily still made time to make sure he was in the loop of everything and answered any questions he had. She went above and beyond to help us with everything.So we where very pleased and happy to work with her.We recommend her to any person who is trying to sale or buy and keep in mind that she is bilingual so that is a plus and just a very sweet person to work with.

Candace is a total rockstar! We are 10 hours away and she helped us view houses, analyze them against similar properties, and narrow down the best fit for us. Once we picked a house her guidance and knowledge on making our offer was greatly appreciated. Once or offer was accepted she was invaluable in helping us get inspections completed and quotes for work to be done to the property as we had some hurdles on timing to get those done.
