It is absolutely becoming pathetic. The quality of stay at these hotels that are managed by Indian own management companies. This is another hotel with only one elevator working. Several people I have spoken to who stay here regularly says this is very common for this hotel. Only two ice machines work in the hotel second floor and fourth floor Have ice machines on other floors, but they just don’t turn them on for the customers to use The breakfast in the morning is ridiculously expensive for the same buffet eggs that other places Provide for free. Pathetic So management replied to me. They made untrue statements in their reply. 1. The ice machines are not repaired. 2. A woman who I spoke to who stays in this hotel regularly stated, the elevator was not working two months ago when she was staying in this hotel. 3. Holiday Inn does not set the breakfast price nor do they regulate the type of breakfast served. The cheap management company is the ones regulating the way the breakfast is managed. 4. I suggest you do not respond with anymore untruths. If you do we will take this up with Holiday Inn Corporate.

We hosted our family reunion at this venue from July 24 to 26. The location is conveniently accessible from the interstate, and there are numerous businesses nearby, including dining options. While the exterior could use some improvement, we were greeted by a friendly staff upon entering the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, although the furniture was somewhat outdated yet still comfortable. Our package included breakfast and beverages for the entire weekend, which was a fantastic perk! The breakfast was enjoyable, and we extend our gratitude to Daniel and his team! They also catered our family refreshments and the banquet, executing everything with professionalism. There was a slight mix-up with the menu, but overall, we were very satisfied with the service. In summary, we had a positive experience and would certainly choose this location again when we return to the area. Duane, the manager, was incredibly helpful in organizing our gathering space and ensuring our reunion was a success. The Babers Family

I usually book at Holiday Inn expecting a great stay. Not here. One working elevator breaks an hour after we get here. Other elevator was already broke when we arrived. We are on the 5th floor. Another guest said he was here 3 months ago and said the elevators were broke then as well. Probably never fixed. Also the ice machines are broke and had not been fixed either. Hotel is hot with little to no a/c. Front desk staff do not care and are of little help. One good note Phillip the bartender was excellent and extremely helpfull. He should be managing the hotel. Room was dirty and the keurig had a used coffee pod still in it. Very disappointing. I will not stay here again.

The rooms are a bit older but everything was comfortable and clean. Mattresses were comfy as well. Service was polite. There is a restaurant in the building that opens for breakfast and dinner. I had the buffet and it was pretty standard. I was in their least expensive room so I do not know how the higher priced rooms are. Perfect for overnight travelers and the price was great.

1st room we got in the blankets were dirty with brown spots in them. So they moved us rooms. The 2nd one had hair all over the bed like someone just got don't cutting thier hair. We were so tired and burned out from the trip we just used out own covers and chalked it up. This place was pretty pricey for the crapy room. The environment and accommodations were great. But the bad rooms left a bad tatse.
