July 4, 2024, I bought a LG through the wall AC with a protection plan, which I never do…but this time I did. The LG AC never worked properly, I called LG, even asked for help from HD home services and asked to have it checked by an AC company, he did nothing. Still it did NOT work right. I bought a Whirlpool AC, took out the LG and installed the Whirlpool and it worked WONDERFULLY! Then I returned the LG AC with NO problems. LIFE IS ALL ABOUT HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE AND HOME DEPOT HAS ALWAYS, ALWAYS TREATED ME GOOD, One more thing, I saw a man steal from HD and it would be a good idea to disengage the item until it is truly bought by the customers. People that steal are bad people.

I highly recommend going elsewhere with your home projects. The businesses/contractors Home Depot uses to complete home projects (i.e. bathroom remodels and windows) are unprofessional and unreliable. I made appointments with two different contractors regarding projects. The first came to my house, took measurements, and left informing me he would call and email me regarding a project time frame, cost, and materials. Since this appointment, I haven't heard from him and Home Depot has no record of the company they sent to my house. The second contractor made an appointment to come to my house today, and never showed. Again, after calling Home Depot they were still unable to offer any contact information for this contractor. Overall, I've wasted an ENORMOUS amount of time and stress with this company. Home projects are stressful enough, do yourself a favor and invest your time with a company who values your business.
