Our stay was exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service, cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and excellent amenities. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always eager to assist, making us feel valued throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained each day by the housekeeping team. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep and making us feel right at home. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our visit. The selection was fresh, delicious, and plentiful, offering a perfect start to each day. A special thank you to Alma, the chef in the kitchen, who made the experience even more memorable. She was exceptionally friendly, greeted guests with a warm smile every morning, and took great pride in preparing an outstanding breakfast. Her kindness and hospitality truly stood out and added a personal touch to our stay. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the surrounding area, and the overall value was excellent. With its flawless hospitality, attention to detail, and dedicated staff, this hotel truly felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.( from Omaha Nebraska)

MOLD!!! Walking in the lobby smells musky sweet like mold. My room looked great at first but I noticed mold. My ac unit was running for two hours but the room was still stuffy. Feeling at the vent very little air was coming out. The air filter is probably clogged. You can also see places where they've touched up spots with paint probably because of water damage and/or mold. From the outside of the building you can see how the ac units are overflowing. They are supposed to drain out from pipes but they are dripping down the sides of the building. It's likely doing that on the inside as well. After about 2 hours inside I felt slightly congested and had a headache. Went to a different hotel.

I booked one night through Expedia and stayed without issue. The next morning, I asked the front desk to add one additional night. The desk agent had some difficulty but ultimately told me it was successfully added and ran my card again. I stayed that second night and checked out the following morning. Later, I discovered I was charged for an extra night that I did not stay. I have since called the hotel seven times and spoken with four different front desk agents. Every employee I spoke with was polite, and two of them even acknowledged that the original desk agent (who no longer works there) likely made a mistake when extending my stay. Everyone agrees the error is obvious. However, the General Manager, Diana, is apparently the only person who can issue a refund. Each time I’m transferred to her, I’m sent to voicemail. I have left multiple detailed messages with my name and case explanation and have never received a call back. The last time I was assured by the front desk I would receive a call back the following day as she was busy, and still no follow up. This is not a complicated situation—I am simply asking for a refund for one night I did not stay, due to a clear employee error that the staff has already acknowledged. The complete lack of follow-up or accountability from management, specifically Diana is unacceptable. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend staying here.

Genuinely the worst hotel I've ever been in, mold everywhere, it smelled like mold, and it smelled strong of the devil's grass in one of my colleges room. most of the people that work the behind the desk were very rude and just not a genuine nice person. We work for an heating and air company so we know a thing or two about air and conditioning and that place is horrendousoy bad for your health breaking in al that mold and mildew

The staff was kind and professional. The hotel itself wasn’t as clean as I would expect. Assuming there wasn’t enough staff to support during the staff the dining tables weren’t wiped down in between guest coming and going. The trash was filled to the brim, the utensils had spilled milk. And although I did come to the breakfast service in the last hour, the food was cold as if the warmers were turned off well before. My room was very outdated and could use a renovation, it just had that old breaking down feel to it. It was hard to be comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. So all things considered it wasn’t a horrible stay. I think they just needed more staff to support cleaning efforts in the common areas.
