To be a saturday at twelve o'clock, twelve thirty and be able to walk in get a table was good. Don't get me wrong.There are people standing in line, but it was just two of us.So it made it easy. I had the texas cheesesteak sandwich. It was very tasty.Be careful the cheese is like lava. The black and blue burger was a good size burger.The patty was nice and thick and very tasty. One of my favorite sides is the spicy fried green beans.Those things, it's like an appetizer.They are great highly recommend. The inside of the restaurant and the way the atmosphere here is really nice.It's relaxing. I recommend this place Highly Our server Mia was very nice and friendly, prompt.

Really cool place to grab a bite to eat! Service was extremely fast and food was great. Love the fact the kids menu options even allow something other than fries since my kids are not big on them.

This place is like when your family finally lets the aunt that can actually cook host Thanksgiving for once. Homemade tasting but delicious. every year of my childhood my Aunt would swear up and down she made a good turkey. she did not. it was drier than Midland in late July. One year, my other uncle told us he brought a turkey but to be kind to his sister-in-law he wouldn’t bring it in- so we all went through the line got our food and then walked out to his truck where a perfectly moist deep fried bird lay on a bed of mashed potatoes- soaking up the grease. That’s What Jake’s Tea House is- a secret in the heart of a small-middle sized Texas Town, that makes the best Catfish, Fried Chicken, Burgers, and for some reason the Salads are incredible too! on Sundays they do Babe’s (DFW restaurant) Family Style- pick your entree and get unlimited sides. Sides are ok- aforementioned salad is great and the Entrees made me put my fork down and write this review 10/10 100/100. If this restaurant had a report card it might not be quite Ivy League, but it would definitely get Auto Admit to UT Austin, Texas A&M, A full ride merit scholarship offer to the local Baylor University and maybe get waitlisted for Rice in Houston. only open for lunch tho!

It was a great experience while visiting Jake's Texas Tea house. We were greeted and seated imidiately. The atmosphere was welcoming and the theme decoration was unique and tasteful with many road signs, retro cars, and licence plates from all around the country. My husband ordered Premium burger with fries, and I had Avocado burger with sweet potato fries. We also tried Chicken spaghetti which was delicious. The portions were generous and very tasty. For our dessert, we tried banana bread pudding and Penut butter fudge pie, both delicious. Our server was attentive and polite. This was our first time visiting and we will definitely go back.

Husband got the Cadillac melt, I got the chicken salad sandwich, and we left super stuffed and satisfied. We will definitely be back!
