Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do when it came to our needs for placing a sink in our business. We still have to have all the work done but the initial meeting was amazing and he explained what needed to be done. I would definitely recommend.

I don’t know if I’ve ever even written a google review until now. I called Jassen Tha Plumber because we had a clogged shower drain that had built up hair and soap scum. I was told there would be a $69 service fee, which I accepted. When the technician arrived, I was told the cost of the job was $388. The total job itself took 10 minutes and I was charged $457 total because the technician told me the service fee was not included in the cost of the work. I have experience in the plumbing field and found that odd, since the point of a flat rate cost is to have the time, labor, material, and equipment built into the price you present to the customer for upfront pricing. The service fee is usually a fee you pay if you do not accept the work to cover the technicians time to go to your house. My biggest issue is when I called the office to confront them about my issue with the service fee, I was first sent to voicemail, then sent to an AI assistant, and finally sent to Jassen himself. I can’t believe the unprofessionalism that I experienced from the owner of the company. No apologies for misunderstanding or an attempt to make it right, and talked over me aggressively during the entire conversation. And his response to my valid points were that “all the customers pay it and have no issue” and that it was my fault for assuming the service fee is waived if work is accepted. Run far away from a company who’s owner can’t have a calm and mature conversation, and runs his business off of draining customers.

I had a Tusas Plumbing 705 Brownstone Street Euless, Tx! They are a company that helps with a warranty named American Water Resources! Unfortunately it wasn’t covered by them but they sent Tusas plumbing out! The work they did parts were used that didn’t work to solve my leak and started leaking…because of the improper pipe connector was used my water leaked for 10 days at 80 gal an hour until the 13th of April 2026! City of Waco trying to conserve water! I was charged 200. Dollars for faulty workmanship! I have been unable to reach them! I called Jasson tha Plumber and he replaced pipe correctly on the 14 of April 2026! Jasson tha Plumber did excellent work, very courteous to me! I recommend your work!

My plumber was very nice, considerate, and professional. I thought I could do some plumbing and found out you need the right tools, the right parts, and experience to use them. He came within a very short time so I really appreciated the quick service. I do think plumbing companies in general need to stock their vehicles better and know where the parts are in the vehicle. As a customer, it is frustrating knowing your bill is going up by the minute and have a plumber not find something in the vehicle , searching for 10-15 minutes or have to go get a simple part. This seems to happen a lot, but my experience is limited. Anyway, Jassen Tha Plumber Great Job! I’ll be calling you again for my next service.
