Agent Kimi O did not have property prepared for sale when listed. The title of the home was not attached to the land which made it unsellable as it was in the previous sellers name so it should have never been on the market. This company still listed the property for sale and is currently up for sale and they botched the process of me being able to get my earnest money back. They let their client sign a FHA loan agreement but did not have her properly cooperate to get the property sold, so now my earnest money is held up for 3 years unless they can have their client sign to release it due to seller failure in the transaction and Keller Williams not being able to get their client to follow through with the transaction causing my lending to expire.

Worst company to work with, they will get you in a contract then not call you for over a month, they do nothing to help you find a house then will not let you out of contract to find a realtor to actually help you, they are out for themselves and don’t care about the customer. Kerri Humble hides behind email and will not take your phone calls to get anything solved.

I love working with these people and all the friendships that have been built through the years. I can count on the agents her for anything. They are the absolute best!

We hired this company to help us decide on a fair list price and sell our home. We are not wealthy people. We ended up selling for far less than list price just to end our stress. All these people want is their money. They dont care to help the clients. We had to do most things from out of town which seemed an annoyance to the realtor. I never even met anyone. I expected a representative from the realtor to be at closing, but they couldn't be bothered even though we made a several hour drive for closing. They made me feel like a second class human being through the whole process. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Communication was terrible. 2 days before closing I received a text asking if I had contacted the mortgage company. I had no idea why I needed to do so. Turned out, realtor had failed to secure a necessary paper for the tittle company to complete the closing! We dealt with Melissa, actually more her assistant, but now, my personal email and cell phone are bombarded daily with spam addressed with the realtors name and physical address. I am going to be forced to change my phone number due to this horrible experience.

Poor establishment, it appears this office building is having trouble keeping staff at the front office. In the two instance were I decided to visit this location, I had to wait 30 to 45 minutes in order to speak with someone. The man that I did end up speaking with was completely unprofessional and rude. "Chase" was the name given to me.
