We were excited to move back to Waco after 40 years. Buying your final home is the most important decision to make and should be the most exciting time. Unfortunately, the beautiful home we found to make our final home was listed through Kelly Realtors. The agent, Becky, at Kelly Realtors made it a terrible expedience. She was the most unprofessional business person we have ever done business with.The nasty text she sent to our agent was very unprofessional and extremely nasty! I was in disbelief when I read them. My agent would not send me all of them, because they were so nasty. It’s like we did not even have a contract. Nothing was followed in the contract. But we were the bad guys when all we wanted was the contract to be respected. It was the most difficult purchase we have ever made.

She is honest and gives you sincere advice. She guided me in the right direction to get the best mortgage lender and inspector. Jackie Fatten was our choice for a realtor in April, 2023, when we decided to move to Oklahoma. We had used Jackie back in 2010 when we decided to downsize and move closer into Waco. It was a perfect fit buying and selling then so knew we could not go wrong choosing Jackie again. Jackie did everything she could to help us sell quickly. And we did! She is a terrific gal! Jackie became not just our realtor but our friend. She has great knowledge of the housing market and of the Waco area. We would not hesitate to recommend her!! Lana and Noel

I recently sold my home using Bobbie Bills and it was the worst experience of my life.  We caught her lying to us several times in the process and we found out that she is completely ignorant over basic real estate terms.  She told us that Mortgage insurance was the same thing as Title Insurance.  Any time we questioned her about anything in our contract or in the counter offer, she would always say “its required by law” or “Its required for the loan to close”.  None of her statements were true, and she was hiding behind these words to get us to blindly sign everything she put in front of us. She did not try to negotiate on our behalf with the buyers and the only time she came to our house was when she wanted us to sign more documents.  When we needed help making repairs on the home, she said she didn’t know any contractors.  I have little children and was in the process of moving to a different place, and she never once offered to schedule appointments or help me find contractors.  Just 10 minutes before our closing, she pressured us to give the buyers another 1,000 after closing or else she would sue us for breaking the deal.  However, we were not breaking any deal since these were brand new demands.  This woman should lose her real estate license! What is even worse is that we reported all of this to the Broker and absolutely nothing was done.  The Broker did not even reply to the email. All they cared about was collecting their paycheck from our proceeds and there was zero representation.  I would avoid Bobbie Bills and Kelly Realtors forever.

We can't say enough of how thankful we are and how lucky we chose Ashley Weist as our Realtor. Ashley provided such professional service and patience with our purchase of our home in Waco. We had a home on the west coast fall out of consignment twice and took a lot longer to sell then we anticipated. Ashley's negotiation skills were fantastic. We again are very happy with Ashley and now consider her a friend.
