Kish Complete Car Care Center

I highly appreciate the integrity and honesty of this automotive center. Both Brad, the service writer, and Gary, the general manager, truly stood behind their work. They replaced the condenser and a few other components in my son's car, and when it only lasted about a week, they promptly replaced the equipment again. After it only lasted two days, they went above and beyond by replacing everything once more at no charge. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and doing the right thing is commendable. I would definitely recommend this place for reliable and honest service.

Go see Ryan and his team they are absolutely the best in Waco they will take care of you I don't care what kind of car you have what model they will put you back on the road and they will take completely care of you they are awesome they're friendly and they'll go out of their way to help you and they care about you also as well

Kish always takes great care of our cars. My husband’s AC was not working well, and we had a $4000 estimate. Kish was able to complete the work in one day for a third of that. Brad always provides awesome customer service, and Dale is a great driver. They are a full service shop with excellent customer care. 🚘 ❤️

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! I have nothing but praises for Kish's Complete CCC. I took them my 2018 Cadillac that needed MAJOR repairs. They got my vehicle in and out within 2 days, and a few hours. I've gotten a majority of these same repairs (brakes/brake system) "repaired" at another local, what was supposed to be a "reputable" shop, twice, and each time the experience was terrible. Ultimately causing worse issues long term and $ OOP that I couldn't get back, with a vehicle that still needed help. Everyone at Kish's was so great, from Josh (service advisor?) who was super friendly and informative, to the techs who busted their butts working on my vehicle, and everyone in the front office at pick up. They made the process beyond easy. Pricing was reasonable (considering the work my car needed vs. what I was quoted else where for HALF of the work that was done by Kish's), and they found other existing issues that truly needed attention that I know would've been over priced at other places in town or not even mentioned. I appreciate the thoroughness, attention to detail, and great communication from this shop. They give you a break down of everything your vehicles needs and what they suggest it needs as far as maintenance and repairs, allow you to approve/deny the services suggested, and don't ask for payment until after the repairs are complete. Vehicle pick up took less than 5 mins. Their front lobby is well maintained and clean. *BONUS* There's a lobby shop dog who is the cutest. This will be my go-to shop from now on. Thank you, Kish's!

They are really good liars. I took my car in for an alignment for $125. They said they could not do the alignment because my car had been lowered and the camber prevented them from doing the alignment. They charged me $125 just to inform me of this. Cool...I figured they were being truthful but just to see I took my car to another mechanic shop and they were able to perform the alignment no problem! Just saying y'all...
