I just love my car. I got a 2014 Chevy Cruz and it runs so great haven’t had really no problems out of it except for the key getting stuck in the ignition but I got that fixed. Thank you Kotties cars. I just love my car.

I purchased my 2015 Kia Cadenza with these guys years ago and it’s still in good condition and running smoothly! Their customer service is excellent and they are very quick to respond with any questions or concerns that you may have. They made the process of purchasing my car smooth and I would absolutely look into making another purchase in the future .

Exceptional service ! The process was simply and straight forward . Really love the patience Ruby showed as she was working with my brother and his purchase. She took the time to go over everything and answer all our questions. The entire process was quite enjoyable and id definitely reccomend for those struggling with down payments or credit issues. They will work with you !

It's been a month and my vehicle was assaulted by their lube guy whom they fired after I purchased the vehicle and left it for a contracted alignment before I took the vehicle...but before I could pick it up so so it's still not left the lot with me because of total engine failure and is now still waiting for an adjuster from the warranty I thankfully purchased because that's what they're filing the repair under and that's not even done yet and has been a full month. IF I GET MY VEHICLE I TEST DROVE NOT THE BAIT AND SWITCH I'll be willing to revisit this post. My understanding is they don't have any vehicles left to sale and have 6 already sold but still on site for engine replacements. They knew I was a leukemia patient and needed this vehicle for transport to and from Dallas for tax when they sold it to me so I'm just gonna expect that of those 6 engines needing replaced that mine will be first up because if I miss an oncologist appointment because of this then I don't think this Google post will ever be removed as it will be the least of anyone's troubles given the facts.
