Khris at L&V Auto is one of the best automotive professionals I've worked with. I came in as a walk-in with a check engine light and a noticeable shudder, and he immediately took the time to diagnose the issue thoroughly. What impressed me most was that he clearly explained my options at different price points—from the most affordable repair, to a mid-range solution, to the approach that would best address the problem long-term. There was never any pressure, just honest and helpful guidance. Once we agreed on the repair, Khris got right to work. He began disassembling the necessary components while arranging for the parts, which helped get me back on the road quickly. He also showed me the old parts afterward and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. The pricing was fair, the shop was clean and well-organized, and he even offered refreshments while I waited. The level of customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Considering I was a completely random walk-in customer, I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Khris and L&V Auto.
